Compact 650 SE
Energy-Saving Shrink Tunnel

The COMPACT 650 SE is an extremely
compact, robust, energy saving tunnel for rates up to approximately
80 cycles per minute.
This tunnel is ideally suited for combination with fully automatic
wrapping machines such as the UNIVERSA 400. The
COMPACT 650 SE
is designed to produce consistently high quality presentation packs,
using polyolefin film.
This shrink quality is ideal for products at the point of sale,
giving both protection and visual interest to confectionery boxes,
software, game boxes, stationery, candles in trays, and numerous
other applications, including collated and unsupported packs.
The two-stage, switchable heaters save energy and allow flexibility
of use. Variable heating capacity means that the tunnel can run at a
lower consumption level, when the product and speed requirement
allows. The patented ring nozzle heating system with convection
style air flow ensures a uniform flow of hot air with even
transmission onto the film, preventing blowouts or clouding. The
tunnel blower output is adjustable to perfectly match the product
and film being used.
The result is film packaging meeting the highest demands, with
minimal energy consumption.
